What does membership include?
You can use the above-mentioned discounts unlimitedly as long as your membership is valid.
How long is the membership valid?
The monthly membership subscription is valid until 23:59:59 on the last day of the month. If the member cancels the membership, their membership status will be terminated immediately.
Does membership renew automatically?
Monthly membership renews on the first day of each month ( regardless of the date of subscription ).
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time within your account.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we will indicate all costs up front, including any transaction fees and VAT.
How do I access membership benefits?
You can access your membership benefits on the season ticket page, accessible via the buttons above, or from the email you receive on the first day of each month. If you show your valid season ticket, you will receive the benefits!
It says I'm not a member, even though I'm subscribed!
